连ct和mr片子都不认识？还能复试？不过还是帮帮你吧，ct都是横断面，mri脊柱有矢状面，ct椎管内看不见什么，mri很清楚，椎管水的信号在T2上是亮的。颈椎和腰椎都是数，颈椎从颈二往下数数，腰椎从腰五往上数，胸椎一般都是看到的第一个完整的椎体为胸一，胸椎不太准，扫描人员一般会标记或者约定俗成，看胸骨柄来标记椎体有时候不太准。ct的片子你看起来很模糊粗糙，骨头特别明显，mri看起来图像质量比较好，肌肉韧带，椎间盘都可以清楚看到，百度图片里搜一下mri然后搜一下ct，对比一下就知道了。
