連ct和mr片子都不認識？還能復試？不過還是幫幫你吧，ct都是橫斷面，mri脊柱有矢狀面，ct椎管內看不見什麼，mri很清楚，椎管水的信號在T2上是亮的。頸椎和腰椎都是數，頸椎從頸二往下數數，腰椎從腰五往上數，胸椎一般都是看到的第一個完整的椎體為胸一，胸椎不太准，掃描人員一般會標記或者約定俗成，看胸骨柄來標記椎體有時候不太准。ct的片子你看起來很模糊粗糙，骨頭特別明顯，mri看起來圖像質量比較好，肌肉韌帶，椎間盤都可以清楚看到，百度圖片里搜一下mri然後搜一下ct，對比一下就知道了。
